Abby's baptismal gown.  I finished this one a long time ago but never really shared it.  You can see her in it here.

And my latest failure... :-(

These were supposed to be cute boots for Abby.  The reason for the failure...they're too small.  The shoe fits fine, but I can't close the top around her cute little legs.  She's only 30% in weight for her age so I was super sad when these didn't close.  Don't worry, I will be adding the buttons and finishing the other boot but it is now lower on my 'to do' list.  Maybe I'll try to make the next size up for her and alter the pattern on the top a little.

Someday a cute little girl will wear these...

Hobby anyone?

Thought I would share a few pictures of what Joe and I like to do in our spare time - which we have less and less of these days!

Joe’s hobby = Woodworking

The finished project - a child sized picnic table!

He made the cutest toy boxes for Abby too…once I figure out where I stored those pictures I will share them!  Can I just say I am SO lucky to have such a handy husband!!!

Lastly, my hobby = Crocheting (I’m a “Grandma” at heart)

Plus many, I mean probably 50 different blankets!
